Coming from Cape town on N2, take tar road to Witsand, 5 km from Heidelberg
30 km to 4way stop, Sands shoppping centre on right, turn to your left.
First street : Hitchcock, turn right (Not at La Riviere)
Next street, Tomlinson, turn left.
Next street, Dias Street, turn right, second building on your left (dubblestorey, lots of parking space)

Dias Street Flats:

Dias Street flats are approximately 500m from the public jetty on the Breederiver, 2km from the rivermouth and swimming beach.

The block is made up of four flats, one on ground level and three on top. A ramp is used to reach the top ones. Balconies makes it easy to braai irrespective of the wind direction. Each flat has its own braai facility and a communal facility is also available at ground level. More than enough safe parking for vehicles and boats.

Flat 1 :

Can be reached by ramp or staircase. Main bedroom with double- and single bed. Stack beds in passage. Living room with one single bed. Bedding supplied. Bathroom with bath and shower, toilet apart. TV in bedroom. Living / dining room with couch, stove, microwave, fridge, large freezer and kitchen utensils for 6 persons. Balconies on three sides.

Flat 2 :

Big main bedroom with double- and single bed. Single bed in passage. Living room with one single bed. Bedding supplied. Bathroom with bath and shower, toilet apart. TV in bedroom. Living / diningroom with couch, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, and kitchen utensils for 6 persons. Balconies on two sides.

Flat 3 :

Big main bedroom with double- and two single beds. Single bed in passage. Living room with one single bed. Bedding supplied. Bathroom with bath and shower, toilet apart. Living / dining room with TV, couch, stove, microwave, fridge, large freezer and kitchen utensils for 6 persons. Balconies on two sides.

Flat 4 :

Flat on ground level. Main bedroom with double bed, basin. Small room with one single bed, outside door. Living room with two single beds. Bedding supplied. Bathroom with shower, toilet apart. Living / dining room with TV, couch, small 2-plate stove with oven, microwave, fridge, large freezer and kitchen utensils for 6 persons.
